1: System
Analysis and Download In
order to run the VGC Communicator, you must have the latest Java
Virtual Machine (JVM) installed on your computer or run a version of The VGC
Communicator that has a JVM bundled with the application. After
running a quick analysis of your computer, we have identified that you will need
to download: Click
on the recommended version to begin the download process. Minimum system requirements:

MB RAM 600 MHz processor If
you run a Windows operating system, it must be Win 98 or a later version. The
VGC Communicator will not run properly on Win 95. We suggest that you save
the file to your desktop. Step
2: Installation Once
the download is complete, double click on the downloaded file to begin the installation
process. Please follow the installation instructions as they appear on your screen. Step
3: Launching
The VGC Communicator Once
The VGC Communicator is installed, you can launch The VGC Communicator by selecting
the program from your computer's start menu. Important!!! If
you are using Windows XP, have a real IP address (you use dial up, cable modem
or DSL) and are having problems logging into The VGC Communicator, you will need
to Disable Internet Connection Firewall: 1. Press start button. 2. Select
control panel and then select Network Connections. 3. Double click on Network
Connections, right click on the connection you are using and select Properties. 4.
Select the Advanced Tab and deselect the Internet Connection Firewall.
